Writing for Joy: Exploring stories and memories through creative writing and journaling
Date/Time
16/10/2025
10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Thursday 16 October, 10am to 12.00
Through guided writing prompts, we’ll explore the importance of preserving our stories creatively. Tapping into memory, we’ll document our individual and collective joy, heritage and histories. The work will go on to help shape the future Black history curriculum design in Wales.
Suitable for all writing backgrounds, the workshop blends creative writing and journaling practices designed to encourage reflection and mindfulness. Whether you’re a writer or fancy trying a new creative activity, all are welcome.
Led by writer and poet Taylor Edmonds, founder of Writing for Joy creative workshops.
This workshop is for adults.
