Cawsom noson wych yng Nghanolfan Dylan Thomas wrth ddathlu cyflawniadau enillwyr Gwobr Terry Hetherington eleni. Roedd yr ystafell achlysuron dan ei sang \u00e2 darllenwyr, ffrindiau a theuluoedd yn awyddus i glywed y diweddaraf mewn ysgrifennu newydd.<\/p>\n

Sefydlwyd Gwobr Terry Hetherington ar gyfer Ysgrifenwyr Ifanc yn 2009, er cof am y bardd a ymroddodd llawer o’i fywyd yn darparu gweithdai i rai o’r bobl fwyaf difreintiedig yn ei gymuned. Derbyniodd Katya Johnson (gwobr gyntaf), Thomas Tyrell a Michael Muia (ail wobr ar y cyd) eu gwobrau gan enillydd y llynedd, Christopher Hyett.<\/p>\n

Wedi’i chreu a’i datblygu mewn partneriaeth \u00e2 Chanolfan Dylan Thomas, mae’r wobr yn rhoi cyfleoedd i bobl ifanc yng Nghymru fynegi eu hunain drwy ysgrifennu creadigol. Roedd y noson wobrwyo’n cynnwys darlleniadau gan yr ymgeiswyr a lansiad blodeugerdd o\u2019u gwaith, Cheval<\/em>, a gynhyrchwyd gan y cyhoeddwr blaengar o Gymru, Parthian Books. Eleni, cafodd Cheval <\/em>ei golygu gan ddau gyn-enillydd, Rose Widlake a Glyn Edwards.<\/p>\n

Mae ymgeiswyr wedi mynd yn eu blaenau i sefydlu eu hunain yn y byd llenyddol ac ennill gwobrau cenedlaethol megis Gwobr Farddoniaeth Costa. Mae gan y criw presennol o ysgrifenwyr dyfodol disglair a chafwyd darlleniadau gwych o’u gwaith. Dechreuodd un stori gyda’r prif gymeriad yn dod o hyd i ben Dylan Thomas yn ei ardd!<\/p>\n
